1. If product damaged or missing in transit can i get refund/exchange?

-Yes you can. The goods missing or our teams sending wrong size/color/model you can request refund or exchange. Any exchange/refund request kindly contact us via email [email protected]

2. All product on SNKRSSS Store is authentic?

- Yes. All goods our team will get it on HK authorize store & authorize outlet. Customers can also take it to Stock X for authentic check, if the result is fake, we will give a full refund. ( We only accept StockX results, others will not be accepted.）

3. Why SNKRSSS Store price is cheaper that others ?

-SNKRSSS teams are work hard on the price survey and sourcing . Hong Kong are alot of sale outlet conduct sale campaign every months and weeks. But the product offer are different between the outlet depend on the inventory of the outlet. Thus we are not only purchase from one outlet but we doing price survey on few outlet at once .

4. Does the product include full packaging?

-You will get product you purchase with the full packaging and double boxed protect .Please take noted that not all shoes are come with product tag . All products tag with pricing will be remove to avoid tax charge by custom before we send to Malaysia warehouse.  

5. After made payment when can i get tracking number?

-After you made payment our teams will start survey and sourcing the goods on HK. After that the goods will double boxed packing and sending from HK to MY warehouse.This process normally will take 7-12 working days. When arrive MY warehouse we will sending tracking number for buyer by email and next day courier will pickup and delivery.
